Overall, we had a great stay at this AC Hotel. The location is great to get to Disney World & Universal. We are very happy with the breakfast as it provides healthier options at a better price point compared to other hotels. The room was wonderful and everyone at the hotel was friendly and efficient if you needed assistance. For those that are wondering about the shuttle, it runs a pickup route to other hotels/resorts and parks as well, so that means that it may take 30 - 45 minutes more to...

The room was huge. The lobby was very clean and nice. Property also had a laundromat which was convenient. Check in and out were fuss-free. The only complaint was the floor in the room which made my soles really dirty. It would help if there were bedroom slippers. Also, when we checked-in, we realised the fridge wasn’t working so we called helpdesk and someone came to fix it within 1 minute which was way beyond my expectations. Would definitely come back again if I’m visiting.
