"The Flamingo Las Vegas is in a great central location on the Strip, but overall the hotel feels very old and extremely crowded, especially during check-in and check-out times. I booked a High Roller view room on an upper floor, but I did not receive a high floor as expected. The view was partially blocked, so I couldn’t properly see the High Roller or the Sphere, which was disappointing. The check-in process was done through an automatic kiosk, so there was no opportunity to speak with staff or request adjustments. The room cleanliness could be improved, and basic amenities like liquid soap should be provided instead of only bar soap. The pool is outdoor-only, and guests must be in swimwear to access it, which may not be convenient for everyone. Parking was another downside. The self-parking area is quite far, and the signage is not clear since it is shared with Hilton Grand Vacations, making it confusing to find. Overall, the location is good, but the hotel condition, service experience, and amenities need improvement."

"The room was dirty when I checked in, the sheets had wholes as well as the blankets, the walls had blood stains, the curtains were broken, the splash pad said it was open on the website and it was closed in the property. The counter tops and floor were full of trash even after room service. The gym had a broken fan on the floor and all the machines were full of dust and grime on top and on the floor, just to name a few things. This was supposed to be a 3 star hotel and I feel cheated and deceived. "
