Really decent location that is directly situated at the Chiba chuo line, and a less than 10 min walk to the Chiba main station (theres a covered walkway open from ~10am to 10pm). Staff are friendly and the Annex building was new and clean.

The hotel is very well maintained and cleaned. The room is nice and clean too. Housekeeping is excellent. Convenient location Makuhari Mitsui Outlet Mall is across the street and 5 min walk to Kaihin Makuhari (Keiyo Line) station. The highway bus to Narita and Haneda airports stop inside the hotel in front of the hotel lobby.
Very good value for money.

I highly recommend this hotel as this is my 3rd stay there to date.
The rooms are beautiful and huge.
The place is very clean and the toilets are huge.
Offering both a full sized long bath with shower stall
View from the huge windows are a plus for me
Beds are comfortable and there is a huge seating area included.
Towels change and housekeeping on a daily basis
The prices is great
The plus for me would be that the airport limousine drops right in front of hotel
It is also quieter and is a bonus...

The hotel is conveniently located while not at the most crowded area, so it is relatively quiet. The only noise is from those loud cars, and can be heard since the noise isolation is not that great.
Hotel is clean and well maintained.
Overall an excellent stay.

Average room with old fittings and a small bathtub, average brekkie buffet food on its ground floor restaurant. But what was superb was the view of Mount Fuji on a clear day, from its other 22nd floor buffet restaurant, and the spread there was great. Also v convenient shuttle bus to and from Disney!

Hotel staff were very polite and all the front desk staff we encountered could speak English. The provision of free bath salts is very much appreciated. Enjoyed all the soaking after a day of much walking.
Location is excellent. Directly in front of the subway. Tokyo Skytree has lots of dining options, including a food court for value for money meals. Shopping is also great.
