"The location is absolutely everything- as the hotel is right beside metro & CoEx mall. The hotel itself is kind of unassuming, but very clean and room layout is quite cozy. They also have an adorable rooftop area which all guests can access. The staff is friendly enough, and everyone I interacted with was able to communicate in English. Highly recommend!"

Ac works great, so many restaurants and convenience stores around, bed and bedding are good, there is no lobby but communication was easy by the phone.
