"It's so clean because it's new, the garden is pretty, and the staff is so kind. It's a little quiet, so it's not crowded and it's good to go out nearby by bicycle or Didi. Breakfast is delicious and laundry service is free, so I used it well. I want to use it again on my next visit to Hangzhou! However, it was a little disappointing that there were no English-speaking employees because it was a place where many locals went. If that was solved, it would be perfect."
"Front desk employees are good. They try to help the guest. But all of doormen I encountered are mean and arrogant. I don't know why this hotel need any doorman. Tyey don't do anything but staring guests. "

"A big regret in Hangzhou on this trip was deciding to stay in Hampton by Hilton in Future Technology City. It began at check in when I tried to pay at the reception desk and 2 of my cards bounced and were subsequently locked. This process turned out to take 45 mins, resulted in me have to pay my home phone carrier $20 for use of the phone so the cc companies could send me text verification codes. All this to find out that even though it says otherwise on the Expedia site, the hotel does not...

"Wonderful hotel to stay. The staff is always attentive and will go extra miles to make you feel at home. The room is spacious and stylish. There is a self service laundry and nail bar on the second floor, next to a well equipped gym. On the other end of the building on the same floor, there is a comfy lounge area that serves tea and coffee all day. The only inconvenience is the location — it’s on the other side of the main road thus away from everything else. Although there are many small eateries around and a convenience store just downstairs."
"On the night I checked in they called me that my takeaway arrived and they will deliver to my room, then mysteriously my meal disappeared, hotel staff said it was delivered to the hotel next door, which are belonged to the same group with them, and he would get the food for me from the next door, and nothing came after that, I worked till 3am and went to bed hungry. I was suddenly awakened by a loud noise on my door at 5:50am, someone was pushing my door hardly and trying to open my door. I was shocked and called hotel staff, she replied that the one outside my door was not hotel staff, and they have nothing to do with that. After I called the hotel staff, I saw through the doorhole that the guy outside my door received a phone call and left. Then at 7am again I heard some noise outside the door, and I saw another men squatting at the door, I called the hotel staff again and he did not gave any response on phone. So I called police. The police checked the CCTV and found out those guys who was trying to enter my room and was squatting at my door were from the room next door...It was a terrible unsafe experience for a female stay alone in this hotel, and from the beginning to the end, the hotel staff did not do anything or say anything on my disappeared meal, or my horrible experience, they were like they do not even exist. I paid full price for the horrible day, without food and sleep. The worst experience ever. "
