"Not enough toilet paper. Shampoo dispenser broken. One of the elevators out of service. Must carry access card everywhere around the hotel because you can’t go to the parking lot and come back into the building without it. You can’t use the lobby restrooms without the key either. "

"Good linens, coffee, bed - but neither TV worked the entire stay - even to get local, and forget about streaming. This is unacceptable IMO. "

"I wouldn’t stay here for a romantic getaway. But for a solid clean one night stay on a business trip, it was absolutely fine. Would stay again."
