Lawson convenience store is right cross the traffic junction to pick up snacks.

Return staying. This time round, front desk explained the onsen facilities which is not within the hotel but within the airport and its requirement to get the spa ticket before the onsen. The onsen is good; there is open air bath. Breakfast served with salmon sashimi. Good location for accommodation before flight, especially there is a need to do last min shopping. I did all my shopping at the airport and have a good sashimi meal in a good restaurant at the airport too.

Finally after a week in Hokkaido visiting different cities and staying in various hotels, the room here is the largest and most beautiful. It is not my first time staying in the Chitose area having stayed in other hotels in the vicinity. The downside of this hotel is that it is quite a walk from the Chitose station - about 15 minutes walk in the hot summer weather whereas the other hotels were much closer to Chitose station but were older and dated. I think it might take longer to walk in winter...

Stayed at South wing. Room was very comfortable but there was no Aircon in month of May so it became quite stuffy. Service was fantastic as they came quickly to help open a window. Do note that South Wing Rooms occupants have to wear casual clothes to go to the Public Bath as the pathway is via the ground floor
