Kempinski Chongqing is a nice hotel a bit from the classic city center. Very few people on the staff speak English, which makes it very hard to get the usual service that you expect from a Kempinski hotel. As an example, there is no room service menu in English so it is impossible to order any service to the room. The hotel is 10 years old and that might be seen in the bathrooms. And the cleaning is not the best, so don't expect a normal Kempinski level. However, the staff is nice, even though it is difficult to communicate with them

Were given a room 1019 above the air conditioning units for the hotel. Very noisy and asked to change rooms. Moved to 2018. Aircon did not work. Asked for a repair to be done. 价格的确便宜 五星级酒店我定的两晚不超1000。 但是酒店硬件设施➕服务都不值这个价格。 首先地段：不在闹市区无论去哪里都要要打车20分钟距离 其次硬件：大堂很老旧，香薰味道太重，廉价香水味。一张沙发都没有。只有几个板凳。 房间：房间有两点我是满意的。第一房间很大。第二床很舒服。 不满意：还是老旧引起的。所有LED的灯都年久违修。开关无法正常关闭。几个氛围灯无法关闭。最让我不舒服的是毛巾。看上去可能三年没有换？毛巾都被洗的边都没有了。很薄。而且发黄。所有大大小小毛巾都是这样的。到处都是黄色小广告的名片。我都不敢想象，真的是重庆的五星级酒店？安保措施那么松？能纵容这样的事情发生？酒店门口满地黄色小广告。 酒店大门外全是摆摊的小贩。 真的是大失所望。 这个和一百一晚的小旅馆有本质差别么？ 差评。
