"We had a very nice stay here at this hotel. Everyone was so supportive and friendly. The room is cozy, fully equipped, and the staff even offered us welcoming drinks and fruits when we came to the hotel earlier than check in time. Breakfast was awesome, especially the dessert."

"My girlfriend and I stayed for 2 nights at this lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Hanoi. The biggest stand out of this hotel was the staff. They are so warm, friendly and accomodating and really looked after us. It was my birthday over the time we stayed and they organised a cake and decorations in our room and really went above and beyond. The location is fantastic, right round the corner from the Hoan Kiem lake, plenty of restaurants, spas, shops. The breakfast was good value for money, the room was spacious and again the staff accomodation all our needs whether providing extra pillows or arranging an airport drop off. Thank you so much for our stay! "
