Location was good and walking distance to many places including Times Square and also subway. Except parking is a little pricey and inconvenient but this in NY, so you can’t expect cheaper rates.

Hotel is situated at a convenient and safe location. The room was impeccable with stunning views of the financial district. 100% would recommend to travellers!

Room was very clean, and the staff were excellent.

Location is near the subway station and there are food options nearby. The service was okay.

A nice stay and the rating would have been higher if not for 1 reception staff who really spoiled our experience.

Very nice and cozy, would stay again

Good location next to Grand Station. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I had a low floor room and it was very noisy but to Be expected in NYC next to Lexington Avenue.
