"The staff are very kind. I wish I get the name of the “Filipina housekeeping” she’s very sweet lady and always greets guest when she see one. The male person who check us in also keep it short and sweet( sorry I forgot his name). I’d also like to thank the Indian Male staff who helps us put our bags inside the grab car’s trunk because the driver was not able carry our bags. The staff at the Tiffany were all well trained as they all keep the buffet well topped up and they clear and turn the table really quick. I like the fact that the hotel also have the water refilling station and self service amenities cause most of the time, me and my mom are out and we will only be back late night and so asking for some tea bags (as a room service in other hotel) will take a while but since it’s a self service it was pretty easy and very convenient. I just hope that other guest won’t abuse the use of the self service facilities. And oh! I like the “vending machine like” laundry too , though we decided not to use it. But I think it’s nice to have that too. "

"1. I had to leave for airport BEFORE breakfast. 2. Enjoyed beautifully remodeled room/shower 3. ... though lots of clanking from ? elevator cables or plumbing or both. 4. Staff were quite lovely - upbeat and friendly.. made a difference. (gave upgrade to room and 'free drink' coupon) - enjoyed my favorite Kahluea, but coffee wasn't hot ... and not covered by coupon.. oh well!. 5. Came / left by Grab car. Nice and large driveway made arrival/departure safe and easy. 6. ENJOYED the VEGETARIAN restaurant (not yours) on SECOND floor!! Happily Surprised when I Googled 'vegetarian restaurants near me' and found one 9 floors below me !! 7. Overall happy to have this pleasant one-nighter since I'd errored in making initial 1 week reservation out at Jurong East property and needed extra night before heading home to San Diego >> thanks Expedia and HIX! ~~ Robert Dwaine Butterfield Poway, California "
