The location is up on the hill but it’s great for being next to the cathedral, next to the brewery and from here you can start hiking across to see the views and into the wetland centre. "Its a lovely building, full of character existing features. Parking at the back of the building with easy access. My room was the honeymoon suite. Large but cozy including a spacious bathroom with jacuzy for at least 2. Plenty of storage space and a large comfy bed. Plenty of choices for breakfast that can be bought to your room or served in the light, bright dining room with garden views. Staff were very friendly and helpful and I would definately stay there again."

"We usually stay here when in Brighton. There are hotels closer to the centre but Brighton is pretty small and the hotel is very nice - especially the sea view rooms. "I had wonderful stay at Hotel Langfords in September and was extremely satisfied with my experience. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and well-maintained, and the facilities were excellent. I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to the reception staff, who were exceptionally kind, welcoming, respectful and helpful throughout my stay. Whenever I needed anything, they were always happy to assist, and my room was cleaned daily upon request. Their kindness, professionalism and attention to guests made me feel genuinely welcome and comfortable. My heartfelt thanks and congratulations to the entire team for their excellent service. Five stars, absolutely well deserved ! 👍 I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will be delighted to stay here again."

"The hotel is in a rural location next to a golf course. It has quite a golf club vibe and was good value for money. It is likely to have refurbishment as its quite traditional. However it is warm and comfortable and the staff are very friendly. Very nice breakfast and lovely gardens. Pool area is adequate. We stayed 2 nights and it was a good base for exploring. We though £20 each night for our dog was a bit excessive, as whilst this includes a cleaning fee, I expect only one bit of cleaning would have been scheduled and she didn't make any mess anyway."

Despite the problem with the room not being cleaned I would definitely rebook again"
