"Lovely place to stay if you don't want overly posh and high price ... but good value for money. Breakfast could of had a second piece of bacon or sausage on but otherwise good choice.
The staff were overly helpful when we asked. Not directly in town which again was good for less noise"

"My daughter and I stayed in the Orme lodge, it was lovely. Nice and warm, squirrels outside the windows. Hot tub is just a hot tub - not one with bubbles! so don't look for a button to press lol Very peaceful. If you go with kids (i went with teenager) then maybe take a laptop to watch netflix etc on. wifi connection great. Don't wear sliders on your feet when trying to do the fire or else you will slip on the mud which is hilarious to a teenager btw. Hot tub takes about 4 hours to...
