"I recently stayed at the Pan Pacific Singapore in a twin room. The experience overall was very positive, and I would rate my stay 4.5 stars. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, though it was smaller than anticipated. Despite the compact size, the facilities were clean and the ambience pleasant. While there were no particular highlights provided, the overall impression of the hotel is one of quality service and a relaxing atmosphere. The minor issue of the room size did not significantly affect my enjoyment of the stay. Overall, I would recommend Pan Pacific Singapore for anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable stay near the heart of the city."

"Staff and rooms were excellent. Great location to explore with a ton of food options. Area is walkable, safe and plenty of places to shop and explore. It was hot as expected so drinking liquids is a must, and there are plenty of spots to stop to get a drink. I would definitely stay here again. The only negative is the fire dept being across the street, which our room was facing, and given this is a decent size city- they have a lot of call which includes a lot of sirens at all hours. It wouldn't stop me from staying here as the staff, rooms and area heavily out weigh any noise around. "

"Hotel staff were friendly & helpful. The room was clean, we did have a maintenance problem (towel rail dropped down when maid was placing towels on it, she was most apologetic) it was dealt with straight away. The pool area was clean with plenty of sun loungers. There was a wide choice of dishes at breakfast & we aimed to try something different each day. The location was just right for us not too far from a MRT station. "

"Great location in Singapore with metro and bus right outside. We chose to mostly walk to our sight seeing destinations as everything we wanted to do was within half hour or so. Room was small and basic but clean with good housekeeping and a great hot shower with nice quality toiletries provided. The pool was nice too for a refreshing swim. What we particularly liked was the friendly and helpful staff. The room was ready for us even though we arrived early from the airport and we were given a late check out free of charge. The staff really made an effort to make us feel welcome during our stay. "
