"A bit far from tourist area but nice and quiet. Close to TCAT so it was easy to get to coming from airport. Some awesome dining option close by. The room was decent size and ❤️ the laundry option. Staff were attentive and polite. "
"Clean, comfortable and convenient location. Walking distance to train, airport transport and groceries. Rooms were spacious with large toilet and shower. Staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"Very nice hotel, breakfast is delicious lots of options, near to the subway station. The hotel staff are friendly and nice. The rooms are updated and big. I highly recommend."
"Room was very clean and comfortable. A bit lack of storage space. Service was extremely friendly. Laundry room could be upgraded. Some vents are bit mouldy. "
"Staff was wonderful. They would try to help you as much as they can. It showed that they cared about the guests. I felt very comfortable staying at this hotel. Housekeeping did an excellent job too. The area around the hotel is very convenient. Train stations are just 3 min away walking distance with plenty of convenient stores around. I loved it! "
"We stayed at this property for 4 nights in a bunkbed room for 4 people. The room was a little small with the bunkbeds and the bathroom was very small, but had everything we needed. We especially liked the public baths for men and women, the availability of pillow selection and other amenities in the lobby, the convenient coin laundry and the little enclosed tea room in the lobby which we used for meeting with friends during our stay. The property is very convenient to the Sumida river walk and subway stations, as well as lots of good options for different types of restaurants in the area within walking distance and a grocery store across the street. Neighborhood was quiet. The service was excellent and we would stay here again!"
"We had a very very unpleasant stay at a Richmond hotel in another location, so when we had to book in that hotel at that specific location we were not pleased with the idea and got ready for the worse.
Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly, front desk staff seemed very kind, knowledgeable and well prepared. They had little games and books for small children which our daughter absolutely loved. There are sooo many things to do in the surrounding area, near the station, so location was pretty convenient.
Room was good and breakfast was nice. Against all pronostics, we really liked the hotel"
