"Breakfast was great, the trips that were arranged for pickup at hotel picked up right outside no problem,no ice on the property, when I asked they said they didn't have any, the rooms are nice but noisy,I would still stay here but I would upgrade to a better room, don't take the cheapest one offered it is next to the road and you could hear every vehicle and the buses ran every 5 minutes,I heard everyone of them, my plane was cancelled and they let me stay that night even though I checked out early, I will never forget that generosity, I recommend you to stay here, just get a room away from the road "

"Absolutely beautiful hotel in a lovely area. Sadly lacking a vanity kit in the bathroom eg no shower caps or ear buds, that type of thing. Fabulous breakfast too. Would highly recommend."

"The WiFi was slow, I had important wifi calling that I needed to do and couldn’t because the signal kept getting dropped. Staff was very helpful when I was rushed for breakfast, but a touch of English speaking at the front desk first thing in the morning would have been very helpful. "

"The staff are fantastic here. They are all so friendly. The breakfast is amazing, you get fruit salad, your choice of juice, eggs cooked to order, coffee, tea and buns with jam. We had to get a breakfast to go one day as we had an early morning tour and it was very substantial. The rooms are very comfortable and the beds are fantastic. We left for a few days to do Machu Picchu and they stored our luggage for us while we were gone. There are tons of great restaurants within walking distance. We highly recommend this place. "
