"From the moment I arrived I was treated so well. I was escorted to my room. Offered dim sum service for the first night complimentary, then the second night there were cold grapes on the table when I got back for the night. The fridge was also stocked with drinks also complimentary. The staff was readily available over text. Breakfast was amazing, I ordered room service several times throughout my stay and the bathtub was amazing and well kept. I also got a massage and used the spa. Overall a great stay one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at by far. Only regret I wanted to have dinner at the tower but I didn’t make my reservation in time. "

"It is too bad that the system only gave out 5 stars. I would give rate it six stars for this stay if I can. The room was clean. You can immediately feel the warm welcome from the staff the moment you check-in. The butler services were excellent to say the least. The only small glitch would be if the windows were with less water stain. Other than that, everything was better than perfect. Well done. "
