Great service and beautiful hotel
It was a wonderful stay. From check in to check out, the service is so good! The room is spacious and clean. The decorations they arranged for my birthday and the amenities they prepared for my little daughter are thoughtful enough! I believe I will visit again in the soon future~

It took almost an hour to check in the room, this the air conditioning was not working for the first night. The transportation accommodations were terrible, they listed “first come first serve “ but it is not available most of the time.

Poor service for a such a beautiful hotel
We stayed two nights. The hotel was nice and clean, but the service - very poor, none. The room wasn't cleaned the second day, although I asked the cleaning lady to come after 40 minutes after we leave (she came very early). No fresh water was left in the room, no fresh towels, no shampoo and conditioner, the staff most of them didn't understand English. I have stayed in other Ritz Carlton hotels and everything was superb, but not in Macao, a big disappointment for us.

Great Hotel for Special Occasion!!!
Ritz Carlton is always the best choice for spending special moment with our loved ones!!! And always full of surprises, but one thing that need to improve is to speed up the L&F process as I waited for 30mins to get my item back!!! Overall is still my favorite brand in the world!!!

The service was excellent. Checkin was fast and you don't need to stand queuing like other 5-star hotels. Got free upgrade to Carlton. The room is very spacious and has a fantastic view of the Galaxy. The staffs are all very nice. Will return for sure.

A top brand hotel in Macau
the staff serve us with heart and passion. It's my husband birthday and the hotel decorates our room with rose pedals and send us a birthday cake. this is an unforgettable experience for us.

Great hotel staff / service
I have to say the hotel staff definitity make our stay extra special. From the moment my family and I checked into the Hotel, we were greeted by the most wonderful staff. Phoebe who took care of our check in and out, not only make us free welcome, but she had make our stay very memorable. We stayed at the premier suite, and the room was clean and very comfortable. Thanks to great hotel staff such is Phoebe, we can't wait to go back to the Ritz and we might even try their other locations in the world.

Excellent hotel and fantastic location
The hotel is located in the Galaxy center. This hotel has a superior service. I will go again to this hotel and I will recommend to anyone. The service from the lobby reception, introduction of hotel, room booking of restaurant and even ready taxi at anytime make this a great hotel.

Beautiful, luxurious hotel with impeccable service
Short trip to experience Macau and chose a hotel based on images and reputation of the hotel. We weren't disappointed. Impressive design and finishes, breathtaking ambience. Service beyond attentive and obliging. Lounge access worth the extra tariff.

Luxurious Hotel
A luxurious hotel with very good hotel check-in arrangement, you just sat and rested on their check-in floor on 58th, and the hotel staff would do all the rest for you. Our room has a Jacuzzi on the bathroom and we can had a massage after the day. One downside is the view of our room is no good, although our room was on 40/F, the view was a construction site and facing the construction site made the room's windows quite dusty & dirty.
