"Absolutely LOVED this hotel. It had a very sexy vibe, dark hallways with sleek LED lighting, modern bathroom, big windows, even the elevator was cool. The guy checking us in was very nice and upgraded us to a river view room for no extra charge… and the view was absolutely incredible (we were on the 16th floor). I would absolutely come back to this hotel if I was ever in London again."
"The room was extremely small. It should only be advertised for single / short stays. The sink was in the middle of the room (not in the bathroom, and there was NO WHERE to put your luggage. It was a terrible experience. The staff was fantastic. "
"Loved this hotel. It was a great find at a great price and perfectly located for going sightseeing as well as the nearby theatres. Staff were very warm and accommodating. Brilliant"
"Receptionist (a guy) is very impatient and passive. The property is just not well-managed with lots of broken things in the room that each night there're many guests queuing to complain and they can't do much about it."
"Everything was great. Really helpful staff, good sized rooms with good amenities.
I’ve stayed in Kensington many times, but never here before, I think I was put off by the logo looking a little dated, it was never for specific reasons, that’s the only thing I can really think of. I only booked it because my usual go-tos were full, but in the future this will be my first choice."
"We had a deluxe room. When we arrived there was not any milk on the hospitality tray. We asked at reception and were told they did not have any available! The next day we asked if we could have the room serviced and we were told you had to request this. So we asked if they could note that we would like our room serviced. This did not happen at all during our 3 night stay. Not impressed."
