"Property and rooms were pristine and modern. Customer service was excellent and we never had a problem. Location is also convenient if you want to explore San Miguel."
"We loved our stay here. Villas El Encanto is located in a quiet residential area with lots of lovely bakery and breakfast options nearby. Our accommodation was excellent. 5 of us (incl 3 teenagers) stayed in a very cool and comfortable family cabin with filtered water and a fully equipped kitchen area. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the pretty garden. Thank you so much for a lovely stay - the kids were very sad to say goodbye to the dogs :-)"
"The staff were amazing, very friendly and had very good recommendation for the tours and foods.
The linens weren't clean, we had to ask to vhange them.
Internet connection was very poor in our room only at the lobby could have connection. "

"Excellent stay. Very comfortable room and shared spaces. We rented a scooter a few days directly from the property which was very convenient. Location is a little away from downtown which we found to be more quiet. Felt safe walking around even at night. There are several great food options within a few blocks. Would definitely stay again when in the area. "
"Staff was really friendly and welcoming. Out stay was quite and relaxing, excellent pool. The only thing a little refreshing of the room which had a bad smell of moist. "

"We love this clean, safe, local hotel. It is extremely clean. The staff is wonderful! We love the rooftop pool. It is a perfect place to watch the sunset! The breakfast is awesome!"
"Super convenient location to shopping, restaurants, bars, the ferry, etc.
The rooftop pool was a great escape and an excellent view to the ocean.
Service was excellent "
"Very nice and spacious clean rooms. The property is very nice and well kept. My only complaint is the keep the plastic on the mattress so while sleeping and moving around the mattress makes noise."
"My second time choosing to stay here. It’s now my “go-to” when I come to Cozumel! The front desk reception guy is so friendly and helpful the place has a nice “I’m at home” vibe! The rooms are comfortable— the beds are especially cozy and nice. The cleaning lady asked if the room needed refresh and was pleasant to organize a good time with us. Our terrace had an ocean view to the side, as does the roof deck with a palapa and some chairs and a pool—It was all ours when there with a panoramic ocean view. And the location cannot be beat! It’s a 3-mile walk to the ferry, and flanked by two awesome restaurants “Jolly Cafe” for late breakfast and great coffee and the “Maplehouse” for great baked goods, sandwiches, salads and more. There are convenience stores and a ton of other restaurants, bars and clubs in walking distance. The place and location are worth the stay and you can eat and drink there too when bar/restaurant onsite is operating. I liove it! We feel at home here!"
"Thos hotel was Absolutely Wonderful!!! We would stay here again and we definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a super central hotel while in Cozumel.
All of the shops and restaurants are within a one to ten minute walk.
The staff are SO friendly and the continental breakfast that's included is just Great. The fresh squeezed OJ is Fantastic 😊
The only thing I would mention is that I think this hotel is Perfect if you are out doing activities. If you are looking to just chill by a pool and have some drinks from the bar I would choose another hotel because the pol is super tiny and there isn't a restaurant or bar at the hotel.
This being said ... definitely stay here if you are going to be out and about and just want to cool down after.
Thanks to all the staff for making our time in Cozumel sooooo fun.
