"An absolutely beautiful and wonderful hotel. From location, to staff, bedroom (we received an upgrade to one of the apartments) and breakfast, including everything else in between, simply fantastic!! We’ll be back for sure! "

"A very pleasant stay in a small room with a great city view. Breakfast was wonderful, all the food was top quality with lots of choices. Everything was clean and staff helpful. Room cabinetry and bath countertops still remain from the iron curtain era more than 30 years ago, and could use an update, though they are still fully functional. AC unit was most welcome on a 37 degree day but with large west-facing windows it couldn't keep up and we had to close the curtains. We were disappointed to discover the pool and spa had an extra fee of 20 euro per person, so we declined these nice activities that we had looked forward to."

"Great hotel, rooms are spacious and comfortable, very clean, and breakfast was varied. Best thing is the location, very central and walking distance to most main points (12 mins walking to Wenceslas Square). Staff was also very friendly and helpful."
