"Everything was great during my staying here, the staff is really kind and everyone was very helpful. I will definitely stay here if I’m back in Kyoto"
"Great spot near Kyoto station. The amenities are unbeatable. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the onsen was perfect for combating the soreness of our 25k step days! Onsen doesnt allow uncovered tatoos, but you can tatoo cover stickers for free from the front desk.
I would love to stay here again. "
"Wonderful hotel in a wonderful location. The front desk was very kind and helped us with information and with luggage dispatch to our next destination. The bedroom was really good and spacious. Three minute walk from Kyoto station, so it was good to arrive and leave with Shinkansen and also to move around the city with train and subways. "
"Staff and property were great. We had a room above the train track which made it a bit noisy the first night but staff kindly moved us to a better room for the second night at no charge."
