"Amazing staff"

"Top hotel! Right opposite the Canning Town tube station and only one stop away from the Greenwich tube station for getting to the O2. Room was lovely and clean and modern and the bed was super comfy and a decent sized double. The food was also very nice and the breakfast was one of the nicest that I’ve had at a hotel for quite a while! And the coffee was lovely! Staff were really friend and attentive and the check in and check out were dealt with nice and quickly. They also hung onto our luggage for us after check out whilst we went off shopping. 😃 Would definitely book here again when coming to the O2. Highly recommended!"

"Everything staff and accommodation was excellent . The breakfast wasn’t very hot and the service inputs was faffy and noisy for other guests . The other guests agreed a hot plate would have been much better than ceramic clinking pots with lids that everyone kept banging throughout breakfast . Other than that it was as brilliant. The staff were so friendly from check-in to cleaners to vet staff and waiters . One waitress was a bit dizzy and left a tray on our table whilst we were getting an update on our coffee and didn’t clean the table next to us very well . I am a caterer and have high waitressing standards but she did do her job with a smile on a Saturday morning . "

"Ideally situated for visiting the Royal Observatory, National Maritime Museum, Cutty Sark, etc. by way of a pleasant walk across the heath and through Greenwich Park. Also, the hotel is a short bus ride away from the O2 Arena, as well as Blackheath train station within 5 minutes walk, for access to central London. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is very good and offers plenty of choice, the evening meals are excellent in a relaxed setting. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. A great place to stay!"
