"The Staffs were super attentive and professional ..Facilities were amazing, very confortable bed, clean and modern room. The breakfast was one of the best I have eaten in Bali and Aussie. The only issue was the live music accross the road. ( luckily the music stopped just before 10.30 ish) "

"Very charming property in a relatively quiet area, good customer service and room service was efficient. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming towards guests staying at the hotel. The only thing to impove is the spa service. Although the spa I had was nice however I felt that the price was too high compared to other places that offer a similar service."

"Usually stay at Padma in Legian and was not expecting a lot given how inexpensive the room was but WOW!! Lovely clean modern resort. Staff could not have been more friendly or accommodating. Pool and pool bar spectacular. very reasonably priced room service and in hotel spa treatments. Location was perfect in amongst it all and Sanur is beautiful. Thank you all lovely staff at Swiss-belhotel for making us so welcome 🙏 Will be back."
