"Breakfast was good, your typical options available. Rooms were clean and spacious. The front desk staff were very nice and friendly. Elevator broke one night and was a little inconvenient but they got that fixed by the next day. "

"This resort was amazing for a nice relaxing getaway. The surrounding areas and resort was beautiful and the staff were mostly all amazing too. We particularly enjoyed laying by the pool and being able to have pool side service. Gym amenities were great. Loved doing a yoga class there! Most importantly, we found a resort that’s truly pet friendly. Our dog was allowed to hang out with us by the pool and essentially everywhere but the gym and spa areas. He loved being able to stay with us and it put our mind at ease that he was allowed to and we didn’t have to be constantly worried about that. Overall great location and would for sure stay here again. The only areas of improvement I’d suggest would be there should be enough umbrellas at the pool for every 2 chairs. With how hot it gets, the umbrellas were a commodity and there weren’t enough a couple of the times we were looking for them. Similarly, at the Cielo, it would’ve been nice to have some tables outside with umbrella coverage too. The restaurant’s food and service left a little to be desired. For the price, the portion and flavor were a little disappointing. I ordered a breakfast egg white flatbread and it was sausage and bacon pizza with scrambled egg whites on the side. The salmon for dinner was small for the price. The food overall was underwhelming. That doesn’t dull the overall appeal of this resort for me though. I would just maybe get brunch elsewhere next time around. Looking forward to staying here again!"

"Included breakfast was a pastry, juice and a coffee. Nothing like the continental breakfast found at most hotels. They have bacon and egg sandwiches for an extra cost, but they are even more expensive than McDonalds. Unclear what time the pool opens, time on the sign is a couple hours earlier than the actual time in the morning. Pool furniture is a couple seasons past replacing on some pieces, but they are a good source of nesting material. Room was comfortable and housekeeping staff helpful with clean towels. "

"The time we spent in Scottsdale was nice. We stayed in a top floor king room with a sofa looking out over the city Pros- •The reception staff were very pleasant, helpful, and always available •The location was convenient for getting on to major roadways •There were stores and restaurants in the immediate area •Covered onsite parking •Breakfast had a lot of variety to chose from both hot and cold items with plenty of seating •Quiet •Room was very clean •Large tv for easy viewing Cons- •We had no housekeeping service the 3 days we were there •Parking was $10 a day •Have your license plate number with you when you go into the hotel because you will need to use a q code to pay for your parking. You pay a third party, not Hyatt. •From the parking area you will have to walk down or up stairs and around the building to get to the ground level and hotel entrance •Towels were very small •The shower-head spray was too light and made it hard to rinse off •Supplied showering products were of lesser quality •There was a broken coat hook •Very expensive for the limited amenities •Limited tv channels unless you pay to view The stay didn’t affect our stay negatively. We can adapt to any situation. Unless we can get a much better price, we will look for different accommodations next time. "

"We have never ever had such a horrible experience like we did at this hotel. There was literally a missing chunk of flooring in the middle of the room, hair all over our sheets, AC broken, the privacy curtain broken. Our bathroom was coated in black grime, finger prints all over the furniture, brown and yellow stains throughout the walls. We booked two nights and asked to be either moved to another room or cancel the next day but the manager was extremely rude and didn’t care at all. We ended up booking another hotel the next day due to the horrible conditions and it’s unfortunate that they couldn’t even offer any accommodation. The photos are deceiving, It was very disappointing! A horrible way to start our short vacation here in phoenix. Long story short- avoid this hotel at all costs! "
