"This was an absolutely perfect Riad in Marrakesh. From the moment we entered the Riad, Sofiane made us feel like we were coming home. He was extremely welcoming and genuinely wanted to ensure we had a great stay - providing advice on places to go and going out of his way regularly to ensure our comfort. He also arranged for my wife and I to enjoy the private terrace and mini pool area - serving us lunch there. Equally welcoming was Chaymae the manager. She made us feel special, and ensured that our 20th wedding anniversary was truly memorable by setting up a last minute reservation at their sigautee restaurant, making recommendatios for our meal and giving us an incredible table to enjoy the wonderful jazz show. She repeatedly checked in on us and kept a smile on her face from morning to night - with so much dedication to all her guests. The restaurants, the Riad accomodations, the service at every turn was 5 stars. The location is also ideal - and while steps from the Medina the location was pure serenity. Thank you Chaymae and Sofiane. I have travelled all over the world - and you are hands down the two most impressive hospitality professionals I have ever come across. Riad Monceau is lucky to have you! We hope to be back soon!!!"

"It’s a gorgeous riad, beautiful rooms and courtyards . Staff were wonderful, friendly. Food at the restaurant was delicious 👌. The only negative was the location, the surrounding streets were not nice and the men were quite aggressive outside, nothing to do with the hotel tho . "
