We were able to easily walk everywhere from this central location, and felt very safe near high end hotels. Lovely part of town. The room has a small fridge and microwave, so we made our breakfast. There is a noisy road outside, and when I was staying there were some roadworks too, only a problem if you are working from the hotel.
