"Lovely place to stay away from the bustle of Banff Center but close enough to access the town. Parker's restaurant was excellent. The staff is lovely, rooms spacious and comfortable with stunning views. Gym was good and classes offered. Took a nice yoga class, which was great after loads of hiking. "Stay was ok! Room was very nice, spacious as well. Appreciated the little kitchenette during our stay. Service from check in was not very friendly. I felt like I was just a number and they just wanted me to pass through. We asked for extra pillows after we returned from dinner, and the lady at the front desk gave us a facial reaction like we were crazy, and then she said they had no pillows.
