"It's the only hotel normally available on Expedia in Eberswalde. It's clean, the rooms are good, there is no reception but we are immediately informed about that. During my last stay, I had even put their new fancy "Time to refresh" mark over the handle door, it was 8am, someone was cleaning up the...

"Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die zimmer sind ok , dass bad sollte mal renoviert werden, also 4 sterne ist das nicht, z. b. man kann sich im waschbecken nicht richtig die Hände waschen, da der wasserhahn viel zu kurz ist für das Waschbecken und auch sehr niedrig, "
