"Roaches in buffet area. Giant cockroach crawling in lobby. The majority of female staff were unfriendly. Male staff very nice and helpful. The 3rd night my ceiling began to leak leaving a large puddle on the floor. Staff was very prompt about fixing the problem. Buffet food not so great. Aside of all that, the resort itself was very beautiful and lots of fun! "
