"Lovely hotel, clean and conveniently located"

"Spa was nice a little busy but not overwhelming. Bar staff could show a lot more courtesy and some general hospitality. We were left just standing at the bar for 5 minutes without even being acknowledged until one of the waitress came off the floor to take our order, felt slightly uncomfortable like we weren’t welcome. "The hotel is perfectly positioned, right next to the shopping centre and a multi-storey car park. My only criticism would be the gym, which is tiny and poorly equipped. "

Although no kettle is provided you can get drinks from the vending machine in reception, including hot water. This hotel is next to high street shops so it's easy to buy food or eat out. There is a bus stop close by which is convenient for getting in and out of the Oxford. "
