"I wish they would refill the coffee supplies. We had coffee for the first day and no coffee for day 2 and 3 It’s inconvenient to have to buy when you are staying for a short stay. You have to do the check-in yourself. The staff is just looking at you, but I guess this is the New World. The room of the small but overall it was a good stay. It wasn’t noisy in the room and it’s perfectly located. Recommended."

"I had a great stay at the Hyatt in Cartagena. From the moment I arrived, the service stood out—especially Dina at reception, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She made check-in smooth and set the tone for the entire experience. The location is a huge plus. There’s a convenient grocery store right behind the hotel, a major mall right next door, and the beach is directly across the street—everything you need is within walking distance. The hotel pool was also a highlight—clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a day out. Overall, this hotel offers comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I’d definitely stay here again"
