"Our stay at Parador Resort & Spa in Manuel Antonio was absolutely unforgettable! The property is stunning, with breathtaking ocean views and beautifully maintained tropical gardens filled with wildlife. We were able to see monkeys, colorful birds, and even sloths right from the resort. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the pools were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the area. The restaurants served delicious food with amazing views, and the shuttle service to the beach and Manuel Antonio National Park was very convenient. If you’re looking for a place that combines luxury, nature, and authentic Costa Rican hospitality, this is it. We made memories that will last a lifetime and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Manuel Antonio!"

"The property and rooms were beautiful! Concern- Toliet water smelled like sewerage Only one restaurant was a sit down which a reservation has to be made the day of arrival. Only got in once during the week. ALL others are buffets. Some of those are closed several nights during the week. The food was not the the best. Recommend going in December for greener mountains we went in June."

"Honestly we felt catfished by this hotel. When we booked we thought the hotel looked amazing, but when we arrived we felt deceived. I can list all the horrible things we experienced starting with their towel policy. They give you tickets for pool towels which you can only get from the front desk which is across the street from our room. If you lose the towel or the ticket you have to pay $20 so that added extra stress to our stay. The hotel room is filled with bugs which sneak in under the front door that has a large gap from the floor. There is no extra entertainment when you are stuck indoors by the torrential rain. If there was a game room we were not aware of it because upon arrival we were not given much information. The breakfast was horrific. You check in with their host and she marks off your room number then says "have a great meal" and leaves you to search for an open table which they had none so you are left standing until someone leaves. The food itself was absolute garbage. The service was not memorable and we felt like everywhere you went someone was trying to get more money out of you. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone."

10/10 Excellent

"An incredible property immersed into the rainforest. So much to do on property including club rio where you felt even more remote. We enjoyed the hot springs more down in club rio than the ones closer to the rooms, which were also great. We saw monkeys and sloths on property as well. Staff were always very accommodating and the concierge staff were also very helpful. We would definitely staff at The Springs again."
