"There are major problems with this listing The wellness facilities were all unavailable during our stay. It was not made clear that we would be charged for electricity and water. The amount we had to pay was iunbeluevalbly high, adding half as much as the hotel fee on top, plus linen charge. We could not use the jacuzzi, as it was filthy,; we did not use the sauna; we turned down all the radiators as we bought logs for the fire. So, it is difficult to see how the energy bill for our actual use...

"The hotel is very clean, and the staff are very helpful. The room was big. Prices are definitely on the higher side. Our only negative comment was the comfort of the beds, linens, and pillows. The duvet did not fit the size of the bed. If you pull the duvet over your shoulder, your feet were sticking out at the bottom and I'm not tall. The pillows were polyester filled. One was an extremely large square pillow and a very small rectangular pillow. Definitely not the most comfortable. The comfort of the bed, pillows, and linens is one of the most important aspects of a hotel room. Based on the price point, we expected the room to have much better quality. Overall we really enjoyed our one night stay. Hopefully, when they need to change out the pillows and bedding, they upgrade."

"The location is perfect for links with train station and subway. So central for walking around and exploring. Rooms very clean and comfortable. A little in the small side and not much ‘hanging space’ for clothes for more than a few days. Staff very helpful, WiFi good and if you choose to breakfast here, lots of choice but so many other options elsewhere would probably spend less for better/as good."

"My second stay here and still as amazing as the first, the upgrade cost to a harbour view is more than worth it, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, i find the location ideal for sightseeing there is walking involved to get to the centre but no more than 10-15 minutes all on the flat and in my opinion it is a very pleasant stroll. The hotel is next to a shopping centre with a wonderful food court so after alomg day out exploring its perfect to get a meal close to your room, and even better get a takeaway and sit by the harbour and enjoy the view. A metro station is 5 minutes away but also easily walkable straight from central station, just take the steps exit from the platform straight up to the street. I also took advantage of the online check in, i was able to alert them of my arrival as i rolled into the car park and instantly had my room details and digital key, no queuing at the desk straight to the lifts and to my room. I cant wait to visit again."

"The hotel is situated within 20 minutes walk from Copenhagen Main Train Station. The check-in area felt more like a concierge service rather than a standard reception area, with a warm and friendly welcome. The room was clean, modern decorated and extremely comfortable. I enjoyed it."

"Incredible stay and so convenient if you’re a commuter or explorer in and around Copenhagen. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else, especially if the trip if brief. Great breakfast, great amenities, and wonderful staff support. Plus the direct connection to busses, trains, and the airports. Just awesome. Thank you!"
