"Staff very friendly, hotel very clean. Very easy to get to airport. The hotel staff was so so nice and helpful. Only complain We had was the restaurant linked to the hotel. Service was slow and rude. It took over 45 min to get our food. Our check never came we had to go and wait for another 10-15 in line to get our check. Food was not good. But since they arent link to hotel didnt give a bad review, however if management does read this, maybe thats somethint to look into. "

"Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) greatly enjoyed the hotel and our stay. The view of the Lago Ilopango is amazing and cant be beat. The location is peaceful and serene. Our room was comfortable, functional, and met our needs for our 2 night stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant on site was convenient and the food was very good. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend Tres Piedras."

"Location is safe walking distance to stores and restaurants.. hotel is very clean staff is great and the breakfast is good. The only issue to me was the beds are small . They’re more FULL size not QUEEN.. but in all stay was pretty good . Peaceful and quiet.!"
