"I've been stayed every time when I visit Waikiki. Always good. Always satisfied. Oceanfront room, absolutely gorgeous. "

"I really love the twin fin because of their location. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The views from the rooms are incredible. ml The rooms can definitely use some deep cleaning as it has stains on the carpet and the furniture. "

"Online pictures are deceiving. Very small room. Common area by the elevator was not vacuumed once the entire stay. Hottub was cold. Pingpong rackets broken. Shower wasnt properly cleaned with visible hair. At check in they gave us a room with people already in there. ( we checked in at 1130pm) Elevators took forever and most of the time one was down. ( they have 6) They did eventually accommodate us. Breakfast was decent. Overall 3.5 hôtel at the most. Staff was friendly ! "
