"The Rok surpassed my expectations! The staff were welcoming, friendly & professional. Each staff member whether at the front desk, in the restaurant /bar or custodial went above & beyond to assist me and my family. The breakfast staff in particular were very accomodating and seemed well tained. The breakfast was topnotch with a nice mixture of Jamaican traditional & continental breakfasts. There were also healthier options. The room was clean, nicely designed and we had beautiful pool and harbour views. Great, safe stay at the ROK in downtown Kingston."
