Excellent service esp the sport club folks 👍

Customer service was good. Staff tried to accomodate to our requests of early check in and late check out

We arrived early and knew check in was at 3pm but we were willing to wait. The female front desk staff told us that she can only register us as guests but for room availability, we had to check again at 2pm. However after waiting for about 40 minutes, a male front desk staff name Dennis came to me and informed me that they manage to get 1 room ready for us. Dennis was the epitome of professionalism. He was polite, professional and kind. He even brought the other room key card to us in our room....

Room is big with nive view but bed is hard. Breakfast selection is nice.

Good clean property. Value for price. Good place for big families.

Title: Pleasantly Surprised Family Getaway at Sands and Sandals, Desaru I recently had the pleasure of staying at the "Sands and Sandals" resort in Desaru for a 2-day, 1-night family vacation, and I must say, my expectations were exceeded in more ways than one. Despite some negative online reviews, our experience was truly remarkable. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was evident. The check-in process was swift and hassle-free, setting a positive tone for our stay. One of the...

Pool: Poor condition! Unit: Very clean. Location: Perfect, lotsa eateries and mini marts. Check in process: Need improvement between housekeeping & management. Despite advising our check in time and confirmation that we were able to check in at 3pm, our keys arw not available as unit still under housekeeping status. Keys collected close to 5pm. We could have done so much things in that 2hrs waiting!

Our stay at Danga Bay was fantastic! The flat was well-maintained, with functional amenities and clean utensils. The toilets were spotless and hygienic. We loved the comfy beds and the phenomenal view. Overall, everything was perfectly taken care of, making our stay truly enjoyable. The unit had fantastic view of the bay and we managed to watch a couple of breathtaking sunsets. The area around seems to be rundown and nowhere as chic as the pictures suggest.

Good location . Many eateries nearby hotel . Security was fantastic as there is always one sitting outside the hotel . Service is even more fantastic as parking is not free but hotel take the initiative to lookout and place the coupon should the warden come and check

Everything was good

The staffs were efficient and English well versed. Toilet and room are so clean. Is a non smoking room 5 stars

Room was simple, elegant and well kept. Staff were polite and helpful. Location was near the mall and numerous street food were around so we never went hungry.

The room needs some maintenance - many areas on the wallpaper are peeling off.

The stay was amazing. Check in was super fast. The front desk had all the things prepared beforehand and was just waiting for my appearance. Thats how efficient it was this time round. Banquet staff were also very helpful and friendly. They attended to my needs promptly. All the staff in fact made everyone feel welcome by the usual greetings. I got to say that they serve one of the nicest sambal for nasi lemak. They deserve an award for that. My whole family including the kids truly enjoyed our...
