"Great location, convenient kitchen if you don't want to eat out every meal, room was large, clean and bright. City-facing rooms are pretty loud, and be aware that they can't store your luggage, which is mildly inconvenient. There's also in-room washer/dryer! (though I didn't use it)"

"No wine opener in room nor at front desk nor at bar. We had to throw our expensive bottle away. No water refilling stations. Ice machines on our floor and one floor up out of order. No robes in room. No plastic laundry bags in room. Had to move rooms at 8pm one night bc smoke detector faulty (not staff’s fault) but still a huge pain as we had numerous luggage’s while moving daughter out of dorm. We got only 2 free coffees for this big inconvenience. Upon checking out, the kind staff member did give us 1/2 off our last night which was appreciated. Front desk staff always friendly but have stayed in this hotel a few times and overall feel feels out of date and kind of dreary each time. Probably won’t stay here again. "

"Took my six year old granddaughter here with a couple of her six and seven year old friends they had an absolute blast room was clean and comfortable and staff was wonderful.. also a lot of good food choices"
