"I had a rough start with my reserved room being given away, but the manager Amanda honored my Hilton honors membership and corrected the room issue the next day. The checkout man corrected my bill right away when I noticed an error. The room was beautiful, I’m happy with the level of service especially given how busy they are. Great job!! "

"Rooms clean and comfortable. We loved the breakfast. Nuts and seeds to use with oatmeal were wonderful. Staff helpful. Hotel in good shape. I know the location is the greatest for most but for us, it was loud, busy, and a bit too much like Myrtle Beach,. Streets were crowded, and while there are a lot of restaurants, you have wait for food everywhere. "

"Rooms were nice and clean. Internet connection was great. Location is walkable to the falls. It’s next to the Clifton hills attractions. We were on the 10th floor so we didn’t have any noise issues from it. Parking was in a separate location but it was a super close walk so it really wasn’t bad. Overall, great and I would stay here again. "
