"We found the hotel very clean, and always smelled nice when entering. It was meticulously cared for by the staff. Room was nice, beds were great. All staff we met were friendly and helpful. We visited the gift shop once, and were disgusted by their pricing for a bag of chips and a pop. Went elsewhere after that. We would definitely recommend this hotel . "

"Celina at front desk was great. She helped us get settled in acknowledged our late check-out requests and was ever willing to help with any information. The only negative was that we found a small stain on our bedsheets it was too late in the night and after a long day of walking all over niagara we just went to bed."
