"We checked into the Sheraton Hotel a few days before we embarked on a cruise sailing out of Rotterdam. The Hotel is "connected" to the Schiphol Airport, and is extremely convenient for travelers who plan to spend time in Amsterdam or make connections to other cities in the Netherlands or European countries. The room was quite spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. We'll certainly return to this Hotel if we visit Amsterdam again."

"It was warm in the room even though AC was set as cool as it gets. Other than that, the room was nice. Very quirky decor. Maybe the smallest hotel room I’ve ever been in but worked fine for one night. As a spoiled American, I missed easy access to ice and a mini fridge. Front desk and bar staff were great. Easy access to airport. Perfect for one nice after our cruise."

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The food options are not very good. The nicer restaurant was $34 euros for 2 courses and the other restaurant only had fries and hamburgers. Nothing healthy. The breakfast buffet is $18 euros and it was okay, but had a much better fruit selection last year."

"The hotel is in an excellent location with tourist attractions, museums, and restaurants within walking distance. The train station is also just a half hour walk away. The bathroom was quite tiny. Overall it is a very clean hotel with great staff."
