"Everything worked out fine and the reason for that was member Bettina. She welcomed us with a glass of elderberry juice, explained everything about the hotel and gave us directions to important places to visit. Her upbeat and congenial personality made our stay so enjoyable."

"A very good hotel next to the Vienna main train station. The only thing that was not good was air conditioning for cooling was not turned on. This makes the room stuffy on warm day. Was mentioned to front desk but no cooling for two nights of my stay. Heating was turned on but the cooling icon did not turn on. Beds comfortable though white would be better than cream doona covers. Very clean. Great breakfast with efficient staff. Another large hotel let down by not having cooling turned...

"People were friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean. The location was great- 2 block walk to the U3 and 4 blocks to the ring and trams. Lots of places to eat, drink and shop close by. Breakfast was very good- great coffee, lots of tea choices, meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, brotchen, kuchen, eggs, sausages, fruit juice, etc. It is not pretentious and fancy. It is much better than basic lodging."

"A great central location near the Opera House - an easy walk into the city to see most of the major sights. Its also very convenient for trams and the subway. The accommodation was excellent value for money - clean and very friendly staff. My second visit so it must be good!"
