"We booked a deluxe lake view room. The view was amazing but the room was so small that it didn’t have 2 night stands. It was like a $50 a night Econolodge off a highway. There is no air conditioning and it was very warm. We tried to open the windows but bugs immediately flew in. Breakfast was good and the pool and spa area are top notch. Overall it was overpriced and definitely not 4 stars. "

"They accommodated our late check-in with detailed photos and instructions and we felt like we had what we needed for a good nights rest. Only thing missing was a fan or some way to move the warm air through the room. Thank you for the cozy room! :) "

"It is nice. Staff tried to be helpful. No WiFi in 2 rooms, we switch 2 room bevor we get one with constant WiFi. One rooms TV was broken, nobody tell us that, we figured it out after we moved in. Restaurant are fine, pricy like everything in Switzerland. Stuff was not really nice, kinder neglecting us, probably because we were with small children. Not bad, but for this price schuld have been much better…"
