Dear Craig, Thank you for the review and nice comments on our Hotel`s services, it`s much appreciated. As to the wine issue, I think that something isn`t right and needs to be clarified. We are selling multiple types of Armenian wines and the price range for these wines varies from 6000 up to 28000. I don`t think that the wine that you`ve been charged for could cost less than that in any other place. Perhaps you`re mistaking the brand of the wine or the wine category due to the fact that many Armenian wines have few categories of the same wine, it could depend on the aging of the wine, harvesting year of the wine, bottling year of the wine, etc. Anyhow, I am sorry that you felt yourself overcharged and taking the opportunity, I would like to declare, officially, that at Casanova Inn we do not overcharge our guests, never have and never will. Actually, fixing the roads is the responsibility of city`s administration, but unfortunately they don`t do anything in order to solve that problem. Every year I am fixing our road as much as possible, but after each raining season road gets destroyed again, so it`s an endless process. Dear Mr. Anonymous, though I know who you are, but it doesn`t matter, it`s a free world. Well, thanks a lot for the nice comments and compliments, I really appreciate that. To be honest, I do not understand the second part of your review. Are you blaming me for not having a new furniture in all rooms? May be some rooms` furniture is not new, but I assure you that its ideally clean and perfectly functioning. I don`t think that it was something that worth to be written about. I am improving my Hotel step by step and you will witness the changes on your next visit; I hope. You know Sir, maybe the bed that you`ve slept on, wasn`t new but its covered by matrasses, sheets, blankets,etc., of high quality material and I think that comfortable sleep is much more important then the newliness of the bed. Isn`t it? I promiss to you and to all our previous, present and future guests, that after two years my hotel will be on a 4 star level and that is my main goal. Anyhow.
