I stayed here for the second time in a week for multiple days. My initial room had a toilet that did not flush and a tv that did not work. I was moved. There did not seem to be any room service available, however, I managed to find a coffee that was quite good downstairs at the 'bar'. Staff were friendly. Parking.. I had two nights. On my exit, I had to dodge what seemed to be a sewerage leak in the basement. I had to climb into my car via the passenger seat. I dropped my prescription glasses in the puddle while trying to dodge the puddles. They were thrown out. I also threw up my breakfast during this action due to the stench. I have stayed her almost 40 times. This hotel used to be a good option. However, 2 different stays over 6 nights within a week, I will never stay here again. The staff are lovely, but, how do you not guarantee parking, and why over 6 nights did I have no hot water? Hot tap on full every day and still cold. Why were the lifts filthy all week? No room service available at all? Seriously annoyed and disgusted I had to pay for parking given my experience.

Room next door partied the entire two days with music cranking, random door knocks and a traffic cone ending up at my door. Despite bringing this to the attention of management multiple times nothing occurred.

nothing special about the rooms, the photos looked better than reality. been to better places for same price. the power plug sections were placed random around the room which was hard to turn off lamps and switch off the lights, you have to get out of bed. there was no milk to make coffee/tea. the showers hot water was poor. it only had one temperature set, no need to use cold water, the water doesn’t get very hot, only warm. one face cloth was given for two. the communication from the staff was shocking and the parking situation is terrible, definitely a waste of money. got told on first day to park on streets at night as it’s free but have to move the car by 8am. can move it to the hotel’s parking basement as there mould be something available by 11am as people would be s checking out. so after buying parking tickets in between the times, i went and found parking in the basement, went to reception to enquire about payment. apparently you have to book the parking bay prior. i was never told this nor was given the option to book it for the next day when i enquired about parking. so i had to move the car out, and park somewhere and spend more money on parking. the key cards were a pain as they wouldn’t work properly, we spent 10 minutes trying to get up the elevator and into the room but couldn’t, but was given a new key card so that was okay but a few other people had the same problem. i would not be recommending this place nor coming back, a huge mess around, waste of money.

The accommodation was an easy walk to the convention centre where we were attending a function. The room was quiet, clean and the bed was comfortable. I thought it was odd that there was no water supply in the kitchen area. The pillows were really bulky so ended up sleeping without one. Would stay here again. Staff were excellent.
