"This was the one of the worst experience I have ever had. On the day of my arrival at Saigon, six hours before my check in, the hotel sent me a message asking to contact me without mentioning what’s going on. I did not see message until I was at the hotel ready for check-in. When I finally saw it and contacted the hotel, it was then they told me that no room rooms were available that day and asked me to switch to another hotel.
