"This was the one of the worst experience I have ever had. On the day of my arrival at Saigon, six hours before my check in, the hotel sent me a message asking to contact me without mentioning what’s going on. I did not see message until I was at the hotel ready for check-in. When I finally saw it and contacted the hotel, it was then they told me that no room rooms were available that day and asked me to switch to another hotel. "The staff very friendly and the room super clean"

"This place was so so much better then our previous one in Ho chi Minh.. Was super impressed that we had so much space for the 3 of us... we even had a basic kitchen.. I enjoyed cooking of in the pool. The staff were so friendly and helpful, my daughter was unwell and they found a good hospital for us to go too, rang taxi and made sure they knew where to take us... room service was everyday, was basic.. as other reviews have said cleanliness isnt one of there top things... more to do with dusting...
