"The front desk staffs speak excellent English. They are patiently guide us how to take bus or walk to our intended point of visit. Other than the daily housekeeping stay 4 nights only clean the toilet one times and never repunish the shower cap after throwing our used one. This is the 2nd time i stay in this hotel for 4 nights on 2016 and this year 2024. The breakfast buffet is good, i buy the buffet for 2 days"

"The place was clean and the staff was very nice and informative and spoke good English. There was some construction going on outside thankfully we couldn't hear from our room so good noise canceling from the rooms. You can tell the hotel is a bit older on how the bathroom design is, but it didn't bother us. It was still perfectly function it was just different which was kind of fun. I like that there was a path right next to the hotel to walk along right next to the water. Took this path...

"Perfect stay! Check in was smooth and the hotel room is fantastic. I especially enjoyed the furnitures and the hot tub. Location is great literally 2 minutes from the beach. Short walking distance to my favorite restaurants. The staff were also super nice. I wish to stay longer but I’ve already booked the return trip so only stayed for two days. Will definitely stay here again if I visit Jeju in the future!"

"They ask me to pay more because the room I reserved had been fully booked. It was not my fault but theirs. Argued about 30mins and they just upgraded the room when I ask the manager's number. But the room and location of the hotel is clean and good. "

"Pretty new building, so very clean. Indoor Spa was nice for our couple. Also one of the staff was very kind to get us a taxi with her own phone’s Kakao taxi app. Only thing bothered us was that heating system was too slow, so we put it at the highest level (10) when since we checked in at 4pm. But then it was too hot while we were sleeping lol Also, I wish they had little bit nicer dish cleansing soap set.. The sponge, soap, & container box weren’t matching the room interior.. (too low level)"

"We stayed for 4 nights. It was an adequate hotel. I booked it for the pool, but unfortunately it was closed in April (I think it's only open July-Sep). Room was spacious. We could not get the room cool enough as we were told by front desk staff there was 'no AC', though we could see the AC unit in the room but just had no ability to turn it on (it was always 22-23C and we like to sleep at around 20).
