Nice modern design and clean room with comfortable bed. Staff was helpful and always ready to help. Complimentary parking and laundry facilities! And walking distance to Gaslamp Quarter and downtown.

The stay was excellent. with nice, clean and spacious rooms. Most of all the front desk staff were all awesome. The price of the rooms acceptable. There is no breakfast at the hotel but there are lot of good food joints nearby. The location was good, although it can be a bit noisy at night due to being in the Gaslamp area.

It is a very new hotel - just opened for business few weeks ago. Old building but newly renovated. As it is new, not too busy. Rooms were great and quiet. Large bathrooms. It will probably continue to evolve in the months ahead. Decent breakfast spread after theu upgraded to a more extensive menu. Good AC and there is a fridge. Good and competitive room rates,

Within the Gaslamp area. Within the hostel, it is clean and safe. However, soundproofing isn't the best, and considering it is in the Gaslamp area with active nightlife activities, if you're a light sleeper, might want to consider asking for a room facing away from the streets. (I slept facing the street, but found it acceptable for me though!)
Walking distance (<10min walk) to 2 train stations as well (5th Avenue & Gaslamp Quarters).
There are steps leading up to the check in counter & rooms....
