The second stay we were upgraded to a suite and it was so lovely, spacious, balcony, clean and so comfortable. We really appreciated it, thank you to the lovely staff, especially Hanna and Ahnna. "Room and amenities were clean and well kept. Staff were very helpful and polite, even with some staff's lack of English, they assisted very well in providing us the information or items we needed. Room was spacious and matched the photos and description. I found a few items listed that did not exist, e.g. Poolside Bar, but this could be a summer thing (we went in winter). Nice local cafe's close by, as well as some nice eateries a short walk away. Was happy to stay here away from the business of the Old Quarter. Would definitely go back there if I visit Hanoi again. It was a bit out of the way, but short "Grab" ride provided us an easy route to the touristy stuff. "
