I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I think everyone should experience the beauty and charm of Old Dubai with every Dubai trip. From the moment you arrive, the valet will help you unload (we rented a car) and they took the car to park it which is included in the room, amazing! We were greeted with dates and arabic coffee then they explained the layout of this massive hotel with 10 buildings. We were taken in a golf cart to our room and at the same time given a tour of the souks and the area downstairs, instructed on where to go for our breakfast (also included in our room), and taken directly to our building, which was right above the most unique Starbucks you'll find! Our balcony room with the creek view was gorgeous. It was quiet despite being by the creek where workers would be with their boats and the boats would pass by and it was just beautiful there. We explored all the souks downstairs and walked to Al Fahidi and Bur Dubai from the hotel, which aren't terrible walks and it's a great way to explore Old Dubai! Everything is safe! The breakfast was phenomenal. So many food options and they are so quick to replace food as it runs out. You also get coffee of every kind from Arabic and Turkish to latte's. Al See and Old Dubai are just charming, and this hotel is one to stay at for sure to get that feeling!

We had a pleant stay at Al Seef Heritage Hotel and enjoyed the old-timey features and location very much. If you are traveling without kids and fancy something outside of the normal hotel experience his is the best place to stay in Dubai.

Life in a Souk
The heritage hotel is located in a Souk so there is some noise depending on location. A few glitches but over all enjoyed the hotel. Breakfast was good but doesn’t come with all reservations

So glad we tried this very different hotel!
What a delightful and unusual place! We walked a lot (it's quite spread out), enjoying the souk vendors and the views of the river, despite the on-demand free transportation around the site. The breakfasts were delicious, as was dinner at the Heritage restaurant across the street.

It is an interesting hotel since it is spread out over 10 buildings so lots of opportunities to get exercise going from reception to our room in Building 10. Very nice breakfast buffet was not included but worth the money. We would recommend this unique property for a stay in Dubai.

I had a really pleasant stay here for two nights as a solo traveller. The heritage vibe was totally different from any of my experiences on previous trips to Dubai. The hotel is spread out across the Al Seef Heritage Village in which there are numerous, high quality dining and retail opportunities. There is a bar tucked away on the first floor of the Indian supermarket on the waterfront too if you fancy a beer overlooking Dubai Creek. Loved the retro style of the room, which was spotlessly clean and tidy. I had a balcony room with souk view and it was a large balcony with plenty of space. A buffet breakfast was served in the hotel café each morning – just follow the signs. There’s a water taxi stop at the end of the village from where you can take an abra across the creek to the gold and spice souks and there’s also the Al Fahidi Fort [Dubai Museum] and the rest of the Al Fahidi Historical District on your doorstep. All in all, I’d highly recommend a few nights here to anyone wanting to experience a taste of old Dubai and its more traditional, authentic neighbourhoods.

The bathroom was odor and the key cannot open the door of room because no battery.cause we was waiting outside 20 mins the weather 40 degree . Bad experience.Not recommended .
